Consent education, in the product
A match, message, previous encounter, relationship status, or profile preference never constitutes consent. Consent must be voluntary, specific, informed, reversible, and continuous. Boundary fields on a profile are a starting point for a conversation — not permission.
Members can publish non-graphic preferences covering communication expectations, safer-sex and barrier expectations, STI-testing discussion, public-first meetings, substance boundaries, overnight preferences, privacy expectations, photography and recording boundaries, hard boundaries, and how they prefer to end a date.
Reports involving threats, coercion, nonconsensual content, underage references, or trafficking indicators are mandatorily escalated to trained reviewers under our Trafficking Prevention Policy. Content is preserved for investigation, and enforcement decisions can be appealed.
