Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. We may raise the minimum age in some jurisdictions. Accounts belonging to minors are terminated and reported as required by law.

One account per person. You agree to provide accurate registration and verification information, keep your credentials confidential, and not transfer or sell your account. We may require email, phone, identity, or photo verification at any time.

You may not offer, request, advertise, or arrange sexual activity in exchange for money, gifts, allowances, donations, rates, or anything else of value; participate in escort services, compensated dating, or promoting prostitution; engage in trafficking, recruitment, coercion, threats, stalking, or harassment; involve minors in any way; distribute nonconsensual or intimate imagery; or use the service for fraud, scraping, automation, or enforcement evasion. Our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy are part of these terms.

Criminal-history screening has limitations and is not a guarantee that a person is safe, truthful, or free from criminal history. Records may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, delayed, expunged, sealed, or associated with another person. A verified badge means only that the specific verification process identified by the badge was completed on the date shown. You must exercise independent judgment and follow the safety practices in our Dating Safety Notice.

A match, message, previous encounter, relationship status, or profile preference never constitutes consent. Consent must be voluntary, specific, informed, reversible, and continuous.

Verified Membership is a recurring subscription billed at the disclosed price and interval until cancelled. Screening and verification purchases are separate one-time charges, itemized before payment, including our stated platform processing fee and any pass-through government fees. Cancellation is available online and access continues through the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and applicable law.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Automated systems flag content for human review; they do not conclude that a crime occurred. Enforcement decisions may be appealed through the process described in the app.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the service. You may not upload explicit profile photographs or another person’s intimate images. Reported content may be preserved for investigation, legal holds, and law-enforcement compliance.

We do not conduct in-person supervision of meetings and cannot guarantee any member’s identity, conduct, compatibility, safety, or future behavior. You acknowledge those specific limitations. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including claims arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, statutory obligations, consumer-protection law, or privacy law.

Material changes are announced in the app with a new document version, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions go to our support contact on the Contact page.
